Southeast HEALTH - You Rock!

I've been living in downtown Cape for almost two months and one thing I noticed in my short time here -
Southeast HEALTH is listed as a sponsor for the many community events I've attended.

And I so enjoyed these events!  
From supporting local farmers at the Cape Riverfront Market on Saturdays to the folksy music at Tunes @ Twilight on Friday evenings.
From helping out at the Friends of the Parks Day to watching an occasional baseball game at Capaha Park.

A big thank you to Southeast HEALTH for being an awesome community partner - helping to make these events possible!
